Mind & Muscle offers four cable stations designed to work every body part with consistent, steady resistance allowing constant muscle tension. There are two adjustable pull stations, one high-pull station, and one low-pull/row station. Multiple attachments are provided for a preferred grip. There are two adjustable racks with plate storage for bench and squats. Free weights include rubber-hex dumbbells (5-100 lbs.), easy-bar rack (20-110 lbs.), and kettle bells. We have just added the Precor seated dip machine, leg extension/leg press, pec deck/rear delt machine, and seated leg press machines. On the cardio side Mind & Muscle provides three SOLE treadmills with 60" decks, and SOLE elliptical with incline. There is a Torque Stealth Air Bike and Torque Assault Air Rower. We have added a Roman Chair and Big ZZia Adjustable Ab machine to help work your core. There is also a variety of yoga balls, bands, and mats located in the stretching area.
